So here is something more light hearted okay?
We are a government agency, for 50 years we have been.
Now led by Chairman Mr. Leo Yip and M.D. Dr. Swan Gin.
To enhance Singapore’s position as a global business center,
We work from three fronts, which will eventually come together.
We attract foreign investments, to which we facilitate and grow,
We grow industry verticals, comparative advantage is important to us so.
Finally, we work with other government agencies too, for that matter,
In order to enhance Singapore’s business environment for the better.
What fascinates me about the work is how extensive it can be,
Do not underestimate its complexity, it isn’t easy
From aerospace, to healthcare, even media too,
Basically, EVERYTHING is under our purview.
Interesting? Yes. Challenging? For sure.
